Orders

Question Where is my order?
AnswerWe will keep you updated on your order via email (If you haven’t received any emails, please check your Junk folder).

Estimated delivery dates are provided at check out and are not guaranteed. When available you will be provided tracking information.

In the unlikely event you are missing an item from your order, this is probably due to your order being dispatched in separate parcels. If you have any questions please contact our customer service team via our contact us page.

Question How do I return an item?
AnswerItems in their original condition can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. For more detail, please review our Returns Policy.
Question Can I cancel or modify my order once it has been submitted?
AnswerUnfortunately not. Once an order is submitted it cannot be modified or cancelled. You can return your order by mail as soon as you receive your package.
Question What happens if I receive a faulty or a wrong item?
AnswerIf you unfortunately receive a faulty or a wrong item, please send it back to us within 14 days with a description of the fault, and we will process a full refund. Faulty or wrong items will be checked on receipt and validated.
Question Do you accept back orders?
AnswerWe do not accept orders for inventory we do not have, so we do not accept back orders.
Question Is there a minimum order size?
AnswerWe do not have a minimum order size.
Question How do I make an order?
Answer

Click on a product you like and choose your size (please check always the size chart!) and add it to a cart. Then just follow the easy checkout process and soon you will own some Athleisure product.

Yes, we ship worldwide!

AnswerEstimated delivery dates are provided at check out and are not guaranteed. When available you will be provided tracking information.
Question Will my order be shipped in multiple parcels?
Answer

Usually we do split orders in to multiple parcels. You receive tracking information for both of them. Do not be worried if you only receive part of your order in one parcel. The rest is on its way.

Payment

Question How can I pay for my order?
AnswerWe accept payments by Paypal, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also accept Amazon payments.
Question How is sales tax calculated on my order?
Answer

The amount of tax charged to your order depends on the type of item purchased and the destination’s Provincial and local sales tax laws. If an item is subject to sales tax, tax is calculated on the total selling price of each individual item, after any applicable discount.

Question When will I receive my refund?
AnswerWe will process your return on the same day we receive your item, once it has been processed we will send you an email confirmation (please check your junk folder!) Your refund will go back via the payment method you used when placing your order. Please allow up to 10 working days for your bank to process the refund.
Question Are shipping fees refundable?
Answer

All shipping costs, including returns costs are non-refundable.

Question Will I have to pay any customs fees?
Answer

No customer has ever emailed us to say that they had to pay a customs fee. We are quite confident that you will not have to pay any customs fees. However if a customs fee is required, it is not the seller’s responsibility to pay it.
